BrANDS is comprised of 4 companies which already belong to the Ideiasnet portfolio: Hands, specialized In mobile marketing; Addcomm, a digital marketing and communications agency; Media Factory, a digital relationship marketing company; and TVaoVivo, interactive multimedia.
BrANDS is a Brazilian company which was born with expansion projects already. It will also be present in Latin America and Europe until 2008 year-end.
The 4 companies in the new holding will operate independently, betting in their own stategies and will take part in the BrANDS’ Board , so that, together, develop projects integrating online and interactive communications tools. Hands, AddComm, Media Factory and TVaoVivo will continue to exist with their structures and clients, operating and delivering products and services with the same quality which has always been their highlight.

Media Factory - a specialized company in digital marketing and a pioneer in solutions for generating effective e-mail marketing actions in Brazil.
Addcomm - a marketing and digital communications agency, focused on providing planning, creation, production, and management of brands, products, and services.
TvaoVivo - an interactive multimedia communications company which produces TV on the Internet, for corporate projects and independent contents. Having its own provider for large-volume simultaneous access, TvaoVivo hosts all its video projects, without taking up the client’s structure.
