CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Ideiasnet counts on a corporate structure that is aimed to eliminate different interests among its shareholders, by enabling them to equally take part in the strategic value of its business. Accordingly, the Company has adopted corporate governance principles in its Bylaws to enable what we see as fundamental rights to reach this goal, which are supplementary to those required by the Brazilian Corporate Law currently in force, such as a 100% tag along in the event of disposal of control, qualified vote, and representation of minority shareholders in the Board of Directors, among others.

These principles entitle Ideiasnet to the Novo Mercado segment created by the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BOVESPA).
