iLogística provides the whole range of services for logistics and e-commerce. Currently it is more focused on the technology sector, serving the demand of makers of ample logistics solutions for the direct sales area, to streamline all the processes for efficient e-commerce. It was founded in May 2000, from a spin-off of the logistics division of Officer Distribuidora.
Business Model:
The strategy has been developed around three types of businesses:
* B2C- Administration of e-commerce store logistics for sales to final consumers.
* B2B - Complete logistics administration for e-commerce to and through the reseller's channel.
* Logistics Services - Model in which iLogistica administers the entire product distribution logistics of the customer.
Products and Services Offered:
iLogística offers excellence in various services at all steps of the order cycle:
* Order response - Receives and administers orders via call center or Internet.
* Control of inventory / importation - Sales planning already implemented and tested to ensure availability of the products offered.
* Warehousing - Own warehouses in São Paulo and Alphaville, with partnerships for storage in facilities of third parties. Separation of goods is automated, with bar code readers and other modern WMS resources
* Packaging - Integration of products of the client itself with merchandise from other suppliers.
* Credit and Billing - Agreements with various financial institutions to offer credit in B2C or B2B deals, and cut the nonpayment rate to practically zero.
* Management of Transportation and Freight Rates- Table of freight prices and delivery times to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio.
* After-Sales Support - Full tracking of the order with information on the status at the iLogistica site or the client's site.
* Reverse Logistics - Provides all after-sales services for the customer, for order cancellations, product returns, refunds or cancellation of credit operations, orientation on warranties, product exchange, forwarding to technical assistance, all customized for the client's operations.
* Human Resources - Management and training of the personnel involved in the operation, so that the client does not have to worry about labor charges, hiring of staff, investment in training and motivation, etc.

* The target is for 50% revenue growth in 2007 over 2006. This will be obtained
by growth of current clients, mainly Samsung Store and Oregon, and with new clients, in the negotiation phase.
