Ideiasnet is a holding company that acts as a vehicle for long-term investments in information technology (IT) companies in Brazil. Its shares are traded on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) under ticker "IDNT3".

The Company's main objective is to make private equity investments in specific IT segments, especially those at a more advanced stage of development.
In order to invest in companies at the initial stages (seed, start-up and growth), Ideiasnet created a sub-holding company, Ideias Ventures. The main purpose of this company is to analyze, invest and monitor the portfolio companies that have under R$10 million / year in revenue.

Currently, Ideiasnet owns interests in companies in the e-commerce, wireless, infrastructure and media & entertainment segments, and takes an active part in managing them by providing strategic, operational, administrative, legal and commercial support.
