Rio de Janeiro, December 16, 2010.

IDEIASNET S.A., a corporation, with offices at Rua Visconde de Pirajá n. 572, salão 401, parte, Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, registered with the CNPJ under nº 02.365.069/0001-44 ("Company"), informs to shareholders and the market in general that it has signed an agreement to sell its share in Media Factory ("Investee") to LeadMedia Group.

Media Factory will be sold for a total amount of R$ 8,919,735.35 (eight million, nine hundred and nineteen thousand, seven hundred and thirty five reais and thirty five cents), including the Investee's debt. Ideiasnet will receive R$ 6,360,644.39 (six million, three hundred sixty thousand, six hundred and forty four reais and thirty nine cents) for its share.

The closing of the deal is expected to happen until January 17, 2011.

Media Factory is part of Ideiasnet portfolio since 2002, when the company was founded as a pioneer in providing solutions for email marketing. However, in 2007 the Investee underwent a dramatic change in its business model and started to provide a wide range of digital marketing services, taking a new market position. The change in Media Factory's business model was essential to attract a strategic investor.

LeadMedia Group is a French company in process of international expansion, which operates in digital marketing, providing tools to improve the performance of on line campaigns for its customers through innovative retargeting and lead generation solutions.

This sale will allow the return of the total capital invested by Ideiasnet, improving asset allocation to manage the Company's current portfolio.
