Material Information Fact:

IDEIASNET S.A., a corporation, with offices at Rua Visconde de Pirajá n. 572, salão 401, parte, Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, registered with the CNPJ under nº 02.365.069/0001-44 ("Ideiasnet" or "Company"), informs to shareholders and the market in general that today it carried out the sale of NetMovies Entretenimento S.A. ("NetMovies" or "Investee") to Tiger Global Management, LLC.

The total amount received by Ideiasnet in this transaction was R$ 11.1 million, R$ 7.5 million relative to the sale of its 54.77% share in the Investee and R$ 3.58 million to the payment of NetMovies' loan to the Company. The return on invested capital for Ideiasnet since the beginning of the investment corresponds to an internal rate of return (IRR) of 17.3% per year.

NetMovies was part of Ideiasnet portfolio since 2006. It is a leader in DVD online rentals in Brazil, with the country's largest movie collection and the wider coverage, also provides streaming.

A Tiger Global Management, LLC is a portfolio manager based in New York, USA.

The successful sale of NetMovies confirms the higher dynamic implemented in Ideiasnet portfolio, aiming to maximize the return to our shareholders. The increasing interest of international investors in Brazilian technology assets, confirmed by the sales of NetMovies and Media Factory, both Ideiasnet's portfolio companies, have contributed to this dynamism.
