Highlights

⇒ In 2Q09 Ideiasnet concluded the sale of Braspag for R$25.0 million to Grupo Silvio Santos. Ideiasnet held a 24.4% interest in Braspag and received a return of 26x the capital invested over a period of four and a half years, resulting in an annual internal rate of return (IRR) of 162.2%. This sale positively impacted Ideiasnet`s proportional combined results in the amount of R$ 6.0 million.

⇒ Proportional net revenue was R$ 183.3 million in 2Q09 and R$381.8 million in 1H09, an 18.9% and 5.9% decrease compared to the 2Q08 and 1H08, respectively.

⇒ In 2Q09 Ideiasnet registered negative proportional EBITDA of R$ 3.1 million and R$2.3 million in 1H09, reversing the positive figures reported in the same periods in 2008.

⇒ Ideiasnet announced a new investment in the E-commerce sector: MoIP (Money over IP), in partnership with iG.

⇒ Padtec concluded its first sale of equipment for access networks, using GPON technology, to NET Campos. GPON is included in Padtec’s new line of products, as described in the Subsequent Events section.

⇒ Bolsa de Mulher recorded YoY Net Revenue growth of 466.8% and 359.0% in 2Q09 and 1H09, respectively.

⇒ Ideiasnet’s Board of Directors authorized the migration of all the Company’s direct and indirect investments into the Ideiasnet Fundo de Investimento em Participações (FIP I), as mentioned in the Subsequent Events section.
