Highlights:
- Proportional combined gross revenue reached R$ 959.6 million in 2007, a growth of 136.4% over 2006.
- Proportional combined EBITDA totaled R$ 21.5 million. When compared to 2006, growth was 104.9%.
- Proportional combined net result totaled R$ 9.7 million in 2007, an increase of 279.3% over the R$ 2.6 million in 2006.
- Officer's Gross Revenues grew 20.0% against 2006. However, nominal EBITDA remained stable, with a slight percentage reduction in the margin due to non-recurring market events not related to the company, which affected the IT industry as a whole from August 2007.
- For 2008, considering the proportional combined interest, we estimate gross revenue to grow between 20% and 25%, and EBITDA between 50% and 60%. These projections do not consider any possible contribution from iMusica or from recent or future mergers and acquisitions.
