Highlights

⇒ In the 4Q08, proportional combined gross revenue was R$ 283.2 million, up 9.8% from the 4Q07. In 2008, this revenue totaled R$ 1.08 billion, a 12.5% increase over 2007.

⇒ In the 4Q08, proportional combined net revenue was R$ 229.6 million, a 11.7% increase over the 4Q07. In 2008, this revenue totaled R$ 865.6 million, 12.2% up from 2007.

⇒ The proportional combined EBITDA totaled R$ 12.4 million in the 4Q08, representing a 95.2% growth compared to 4Q07. In 2008, the proportional combined EBITDA was R$ 28.5 million, a 33.0% increase over the previous year.

⇒ In the 4Q08, proportional combined net income totaled R$ 2.2 million, representing a 41.9% decrease over 2007. In 2008, proportional combined net income totaled R$ 3.6 million, down 63.1% from the previous year.

⇒ In the 4Q08, Officer recorded EBITDA of R$ 10.3 million, for EBITDA margin of 5.5%, increasing by 153% and 2.1 p.p., respectively. In 2008, Officer reported annual EBITDA of R$ 24.9 million, for EBITDA margin of 3.4%, up by 80.5% and 1.3 p.p., respectively, on 2007.

⇒ Spring Wireless was included in Gartner´s Magic Quadrant for Mobile Enterprise Application Platforms in the December 2008 report.

⇒ Pini's net revenue and EBITDA climbed by 18.8% and 74.8, respectively, over 2007.

⇒ The first phase of Softcorp’s turnaround was successfully concluded and the company recorded a positive EBITDA margin in 2008, reversing the negative margins of the first half of 2008.

⇒ A iLogistica was acquired and incorporated by Officer in December 2008. The divestment represented a 208.2% return over capital invested for Ideiasnet

⇒ In 2008, Bolsa de Mulher registered an increase of 400% in audience and 670% in revenue.

⇒ Credit Suisseinitiated coverage of Ideiasnet stock in December 2008.
