Ideiasnet informs that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on December 17th, 2009, the shareholders have unanimously approved the new Company Board of Directors comprisal. A total of 68.76% of the shareholders were present, this being one of the largest quorums at an Ideiasnet EGM.

The Board of Directors is now comprised of the following persons:
