NOTICE TO THE MARKET

IDEIASNET S.A., a publicly held company with head offices at Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 572, salão 401, parte, Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, inscribed in the roll of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ-MF) under number 02.365.069/0001-44 ("Company"), informs its shareholders and the general market that on July 8, 2008 it successfully concluded the special auction of unsubscribed shares ("Special Auction") related to the capital increase approved by the Company's Board of Directors on May 13, 2008 ("Capital Increase").

Accordingly, the 15,000,000 (fifteen million) registered common shares with no par value were fully subscribed in the total amount of R$100,500,000.00 (one hundred million and five hundred thousand reais).

Note that Centennial Asset Mining Fund LLC, a company associated with the EBX group ("Centennial"), subscribed a total of 8,152,117 (eight million, one hundred and fifty-two, one hundred and seventeen) shares, equivalent to 7.87% (seven point eighty-seven percent) of the Company's capital stock.
