End of the Ideiasnet’s Quiet Period

Ideiasnet S.A. announces it has received, from the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM, the OFFICIAL LETTER / CVM / SRE / 187/2008 granting the cancellation of the request for registration of the public offering for primary distribution of shares issued by the company.

With such a document, Ideiasnet S.A. is authorized to reinitiate the communication channel with its shareholders, investors and the press, which had been interrupted due to the quiet period started in early December with the request of registration of the public offering.

During this almost three-month quiet period, important news pieces were not disclosed as the company used to do. Below are some examples:

Ideiasnet in Bovespa’s Novo Mercado
On January 15, 2008, Ideiasnet entered the Novo Mercado – highest level of corporate governance – after its request was accepted by Bovespa.

Ideiasnet included in IBrX – Brazil Index in January 2008
Index comprised of the 100 most traded shares on BOVESPA in terms of number of trades and financial value.

With this release from CVM, the Company intends to update within the next few days the news pieces that were kept undisclosed during the quiet period.
