IDEIASNET S.A., a corporation headquartered at Rua Visconde de Pirajá n.º 572, salão 401/parte, Rio de Janeiro, enrolled in the National Legal Entity Registry of the Ministry of Finance (CNPJ/MF) under number 02.365.069/0001-44 (“Ideiasnet” or “Company”), pursuant to the terms of  CVM Instruction nº 358/02, informs its shareholders and the public in general that it has received, on the present date, a temporary leave letter ( the “Leave Letter” ) in the form of the attachment, signed by the following members of the Board of Directos, requesting leave from their functions and attributions:

- Carlos Pedroza Aguinaga, Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Luiz Arthur Andrade Correia, permanent member;
- Lars Fuhrken-Batista, alternate member for Mr. Luiz Arthur.

On the same document, the abovementioned members of the Board of Directors justify their leave through their intention to organize and participate (directly and indirectly) in a group of investors to formulate a voluntary public offering for the purchase of up to the entirety of the shares issued by Ideiasnet, at the price of R$ 5.23 (five reais and twenty-three centavos) per share.The abovementioned directors estimate that the Public Notice for this offering shall be published within the coming days and that the pertinent share auction shall occur in 30 (thirty) days following the public notice publication.

The Company clarifies, as of now, that it has received only the abovementioned document, not having had access to any other information .
