NOTICE TO THE MARKET

IDEIASNET S.A., a corporation, headquartered at Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 572, salão 401, parte, Ipanema, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, corporate taxpayer's ID (CNPJ) 02.365.069/0001-44 (the "Company"), announces to its shareholders and the market in general that:

(i) Ninety-four point fifty-seven per cent (94.57%) of the total of fifteen million (15,000,000) shares issued in view of the capital increase approved by the Board of Directors on May 13, 2008 (the "Capital Increase") was subscribed;

(ii) the EBX group, through its vehicle, Centennial Asset Mining Fund LLC ("Centennial"), subscribed forty-nine point seven per cent (49.07%) of the Capital Increase; and

(iii) the unsubscribed five point forty-three per cent (5.43%) of shares shall prorated among the shareholders eligible thereto during the preemptive right subscription period.

We point out that the term to subscribe the unsold shares shall be five (5) days as of June 23, 2008 and expiring on June 27, 2008, inclusive. Should there be unsold shares, these shall be sold on the Stock Exchange, on behalf of the Company.
