(Bovespa: IDNT3), the long-term IT investment vehicle in Brazil, informs that it has agreed today to acquire all shares held by Tecnoglobal S.A. issued by Officer Distribuidora de Produtos de Informática S.A.. As a result of the transaction, Ideiasnet now holds 100% of Officer.
