Growing through Consolidations and Acquisitions – active participating in the prospection, analysis, negotiation and acquisition of companies that may generate opportunities of consolidation with its investees’ operations, supplementing business of its portfolio by giving rise to synergies, and providing growth opportunities in the different TMT segments.

Expanding to New Markets in the TMT Sector in Brazil -  identifying markets of high growth potential, in which it has competitive edge and the possibility to become a market leader, by giving priority to those supplementing other investees or which are within its current expertise area.

Actively Supporting the Growth of Our Investees – supporting its investees in the negotiation of strategic agreements, during the strategy decision-making and in other activities related to their business development.

Taking advantage of Opportunities to Improve its Interest -  improving its interest in those investees most promising and with higher potential to generate value to shareholders by way of additional capital contribution or by purchasing interest from other shareholders if the value is attractive.

Focusing on Increasing Operation Efficiency -  actively acting in the management of its investees, by searching to reach an increasing growth of operating efficiency and resulting financial profitability.  It seeks to provide investees with “umbrella” agreements for the purchase of goods and services, access to a shared services center, and the opportunity to provide services/ products with differentiated prices among each other. Additionally, it holds meetings with managers of its companies, so that they may share the best technology and management practices.

Searching Return on Invested Capital -  by holding interest in the capital stock of companies without a predetermined period for realization of the respective divestiture. This provides more flexibility in relation to the timely opportunity for the (partial or total) divestiture, aiming at providing the highest possible return to its shareholders.
